MAIN HOUSE
Accommodation in the main house is on a Bed & Breakfast basis. There are two beautiful bedrooms for you to choose from and all rooms can be locked to protect privacy.
THE REGAL ROOM
The Regal Room is situated on the ground floor of the main house overlooking the garden & grounds and is tastefully furnished with a King size bed, desk, large dressing table with mirror and a wardrobe. The Regal Room has Sky Digital Television, as well as Broadband or Wireless Internet.
The en-suite bathroom includes a wet floor shower, Victorian roll-top bath, toilet and hand basin.

THE GARDEN ROOM
The Garden Room is situated on the first floor of the main house overlooking the garden & grounds and is tastefully furnished with two single beds, desk, large dressing table with mirror. The Garden Room has Sky Digital Television and Wireless Internet.
A private bathroom and shower unit are just a few steps away.

THE HOUSE TRUCK
The House Truck is a quirky self-contained unit situated in the grounds adjacent to the main house. It is furnished with a double bed, stove, sink and television.

Accommodation in both cottages is on a Self-Contained basis. There are two gorgeous cottages for you to choose from and all rooms can be locked to protect privacy.
TUI COTTAGE
is a fully self-contained unit which can comfortably accommodate 2-3 guests. The cottage consists of a separate lounge, kitchen and bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Tastefully furnished including a Queen size and a single bed. All beds are fitted with woollen underlays and electric blankets.
Tui Cottage has Sky Digital Television, Broadband or Wireless Internet and secure off street parking. Breakfast is also available if required.
TIMES PAST COTTAGE
This fully self-contained unit includes a separate lounge, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and laundry with automatic washing machine and an outside clothes line. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom,

ACTIVITIES
Levin is the largest town in the Horowhenua district. It is on State Highway 1 and the North Island Main trunk railway, 90km north of Wellington, 50km south of Palmerston North and two kilometres to the east of Lake Horowhenua.
The town was named after William Hort Levin, a director of the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company. Levin is a service centre for the surrounding rural area.
